Memorandum Of Understanding

This memorandum of understanding (hereinafter referred to as ”MOU”) is made and entered into date ＿＿＿of ＿＿＿＿＿, ＿＿＿ between and by＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ CO.,LTD (hereinafter referred to as＿＿＿＿),and ＿＿＿＿＿＿ CO.,LTD (hereinafter referred to as ＿＿＿＿＿).

• The terms and conditions of MOU shall be as set forth in the Schedule hereto.
• ・MOU is not legally binding.(法的拘束力を持たせない場合)
  ・MOU is not legally binding except the section____________ of the Schedule(一定の条項のみ法的拘束力を持たせたい場合)
• MOU shall be effective from the date of MOU and shall be valid for the six(6) month.
