Amendment Agreement

With reference to the agreement（hereinafter ”Agreement”) made and entered into date ＿＿＿of ＿＿＿＿＿, ＿＿＿ between and by＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ CO.,LTD (hereinafter referred to as＿＿＿＿),and ＿＿＿＿＿＿ CO.,LTD (hereinafter referred to as ＿＿＿＿＿), the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:

• The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be as set forth in the Schedule hereto.
• The remaining provisions shall be as stipulated in the Agreement.
• The effective term of Amendment Agreement shall be the same as that of Agreement .If Agreement is renewed, Amendment Agreement shall be renewed for an equal term and the same shall apply thereafter.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ＿＿＿＿ and ＿＿＿＿＿ have executed this Amendment Agreement in triplicate, each party retaining one.
